Once again, Revolution Machine Tools has secured a prime piece of real estate on a main aisle at this year’s FABTECH Expo. Held September 8–11, 2025, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, FABTECH is the must-visit destination for serious manufacturers, engineers, technicians, and buyers working in the fields of sheet metal, welding, laser cutting, tube/pipe working, coating, tooling, and finishing.
Revolution Machine Tools will be set up in booth A2173 and will be showcasing machines from across their wide range of lines. Premiering at the 2025 show will be the new RMT S-FAB VDM 18-18 Vertical Semi-Automatic Bandsaw. Known for their three dozen different models of horizontal bandsaws, the S-FAB VDM 18-18 is RMT’s first foray into the field of vertical bandsaws. With an 18″ cutting capacity in round and square workpieces, this 5 HP machine also can miter in either direction up to 60°.
Another saw featured at the event will be the compact 9″ capacity RMT S-ECO PDM 9-12 Bandsaw, which will be part of RMT’s 5th Annual Bandsaw Giveaway. Other machines on display at RMT’s booth will include:
- RMT B-GENIUS-H 12-250 Hybrid Press Brake. This 250 US ton hybrid brake has 12′ of bending capacity (just over 10′ between the frames) and features a graphical CNC control panel. The RMT B-GENIUS-H 12-250 is one of over six dozen different models of premium CNC brakes offered by RMT.
- RMT KYSON SL A44 Fiber Laser. This small format, high-performance fiber laser cutting machine is ideal for the shop just getting into laser cutting. RMT lists over a dozen models of fiber lasers for flat sheet and plate cutting, each with a variety of available power options, along with fiber lasers designed to cut metal tubes, pipes, angle iron, and other profiles.
- RMT R-SMART CNC 6-669 Plate Roll. With a top roll diameter of 6.69″ and a bending length of 6′ 8″, this hydraulic CNC 4-roll plate rolls utilizes a planetary guide system for roll configurations. Revolution Machine Tools carries 145 different models of plate and sheet rolling machines, from light-duty motorized initial pinch 3-rolls to hydraulic planetary and rectilinear 4-rolls
- RMT TGB24 CNC. With a working capacity of just over 24″ in diameter, this TGB (Threading, Grooving, Beveling) machine is the most popular model in RMT’s lineup of CNC Pipe Spool Masters™. This series of beveling machines includes two manual models, seven CNC models that can also do boring and facing, and two TGB models that thread as well as bevel, bore, groove, and face.
- RMT A-FAB HD 433 Angle Roll. This hydraulic profile bending roll operates in a vertical position and can bend 4″ SCH 40 pipe to a 40″ internal diameter. RMT provides 19 models of angle rolls, from basic motorized machines to hydraulic ones like the A-FAB HD 433.
- RMT PBV-FAB 1.57 Plate Beveler. This machine can bevel plates of any length over 10″ with thicknesses ranging from 0.12″ up to 1.58″. Revolution Machine Tools also carries two additional models of plate bevelers.
- RMT H-SMART C220 Hydraulic Press. A 220-ton C-frame single action press that can be used to bend, hole punch, cut, and/or straighten a work piece. RMT offers over 50 different models of hydraulic presses across several different configurations, such as C-frame, H-frame, column-frame, and portal press.
