The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-ECO™ PM 12-13 Manual Pivot Type Single Miter Bandsaw is durable and stably laid out for universal separation from full materials, pipes and profiles. The cutting capacity of this machine is 12” x 13” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø12” in round material. A fast and precise miter adjustment is characteristic within the range of 90° to 60°. The sawing property is situated in-line and becomes manual strained in 90°. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. These models can cope with most types of material. Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are standard feature, and the machines automatically switch off at the end of the cut.
The S-ECO™ PM 12-13 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel, blade brush, material length stop, security switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, hydromechanical blade tension, coolant pump, 220V or 440V 3 phase power.
Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-ECO™ PDM 12-13 Bandsaw as well: DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, microspray cooling, 4 ft roller table, 10ft roller table with the option to make the table motorized, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
