The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-SMART™ CDMS 18-25 NC Automatic Column Type Double Miter Bandsaw cutting capacity is 17.3 x 25.2” and projected for fast cuttings straight or with angle. Sensitivity of the machine lets cutting with percentage angles. The saw has automatic control system and open to future developments. Rollers on the table are designed for easy movement of the materials on machine. Hydraulic equipment on fixed and moveable guide arms controls cutting speed for a more smooth cut. Blade is under control mechanically switch system. Design of the machine and movement of the upper body and guide arms controlled by sensitive linear guides supply the operator an easier use.
The S-SMART™ CDMS 18-25 NC Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a NC control panel, high performance servo motor, turn table, chip brush, hydraulic vise, security switch, heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, pressure control, blade tension, height adjustment, linear guide rails, NC rotation table, chip conveyor, proximity switch, coolant pump, servo feeding system, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.
Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-SMART™ CDMS 18-25 NC Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic blade tension, hydraulic top clamping, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, hexagonal vises, micromist cooling, 10ft roller table with the option to make the table motorized, 45 degree / 6 degree 3 ft material roller table, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
